With a Master’s in Exercise Science and certification as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I’ve built GPS around one mission — helping athletes and clients train with direction and purpose.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions are a popular workout, great for individuals who seek the personal attention of a certified personal trainer in a group setting. Every semi-private session is 60-minute and is limited to 6 clients. Sessions consist of well-rounded workouts that focus on building strength, endurance, power exercises and more.

Our Scholastic training program teaches fundamental movements and weight training programmed for youth athletes ages sixth grade and up. Learning weight lifting safety and techniques used to improve speed, agility, and strength to make them better athletes in all sports.
