Ryne Glazier is a strength and performance coach who works with driven athletes and high-performance individuals who are serious about reaching their full potential. With over 10 years of experience training youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, Ryne specializes in building strong, resilient, and powerful performers who can handle the physical and mental demands of high-level competition.
Ryne began his career training athletes at the developmental level and has guided many through multiple stages of their careers—from early athletic foundations to collegiate and professional environments. This long-term, athlete-centered approach allows him to design training systems that prioritize movement quality, strength, speed, durability, and longevity, not just short-term results.
His coaching philosophy is rooted in intention, discipline, and accountability. Every program is individualized and built around the athlete’s sport demands, training age, and competitive calendar. Athletes are taught not only how to train, but why they train a certain way, creating ownership and buy-in that carries over to performance, academics, and life outside of sport.

Every semi-private session is 60-minute and is limited to 6 clients. Sessions consist of well-rounded workouts that focus on building strength, endurance, power exercises and more.

Our Scholastic training program teaches fundamental movements and weight training programmed for youth athletes ages sixth grade and up. Learning weight lifting safety and techniques used to improve speed, agility, and strength to make them better athletes in all sports.
