Hockey Off-Season Performance Training is a comprehensive in-person training program designed to help athletes become stronger, faster, more powerful, and more resilient than ever before. This program follows a structured progression that prepares athletes for the demands of the upcoming hockey season.
Athletes will move through multiple training phases throughout the summer, with each block strategically focused on developing key performance qualities including Mobility & Injury Prevention, Strength Development, Explosive Power, and Speed & Acceleration.
Every session is designed specifically for hockey athletes, helping them build the physical foundation necessary to perform at a higher level on the ice.
For the best results, athletes should attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week, with 3 sessions per week strongly recommended to maximize overall development throughout the off-season.

This training program is great for building an athletes foundation and consists of 3 training blocks with 3 days of training each week plus mobility day options. All workouts can be done with body weight or adding dumbbells. Each training block builds on each other so at the end of the 9 weeks, the athlete will feel stronger, powerful and faster.
